Using chrome and expressvpn, I happened to notive that it wasn't using the Expressvpn connection I had set up. Firefox and otherv utilities were happy when tested using whatsmyip.net, but Chrome always returns the default (non VPN'd) IP address, even after clearing cache and history, restarting the phone, firing up Expressvpn and finally using Chrome. Also I often get hangs where I have to switch to standby using the power button, and then logging on again, at which point the Chrome screen unfreezes.
I am not keen to root the device and reinstall Chrome, but have few options, other than to use Firefox as default.
Anyone got any ideas?
