Chrome UI lag when scrolling

Did someone find a way to remove lags? other than using another browser.
MIUI 11 K20 Pro 11.0.5.0

what is recommended but not working:

• disable flag ".. surfacecontrol". the flag is missing in the latest version of chrome
• clean rom install. (I have tried)
• disable "anti flicker Mode"
• dev and canary chrome versions also includes this bug

Did you trun on smooth scrolling in flags
