Complete noob need help

I plan to buy a Redmi K60 with Chinese Firmware and I would like to install Xiaomi.eu.
I have read most of the posts about the Redmi K60, but I can't manage what I need it and where from to download.
I would like to ask you if you could provide links to the things I need to download and possibly a link to a tutorial on how to do it ?
