Connect 2 Imilab EC2 cameras on the same gateway

Hi, i ve recently purchased 2 EC2 outdoor cameras, but one gateway, since you can use 4 differents cams with one gateway.
I ve set up the gateway then add a camera all is fine.
When i try to add a second camera by clicking the gateway in the xiaomi home app, i open the camera i ve set up and there s no add camera button.

I ve deleted the gateway, and started again, resetting the gateway.
When i follow some instructions it says connect to the gateway wifi chung... but it requires a password that i don't have..
then finally end this operation i see the gateway icon, and when i click it i can add one camera but not 2.

Could you please tell me what i've done wrong?

Same here... I have a a 1cam+1gateway bundle, and 3 separate cameras. Problem is that there is no "add camera" button on the gateway page once the first one is added... so I have 3 useless cameras
I suspect the xiaomi home app is not ready for this product :\

Thanks but what is your Mi home version?
Mine is 5.8.7 showing no "+" button
There is a monitoring and a live tab.
No way to add another camera in both menus settings either.

thats straingh... maybe try to change region to germany. have the same version 5.8.7.

Plan B: try to contact IMILAB Official Store on aIiexpress. they reply very quickly.

Well, I did not want to change the region because I was on China server and already had aqara camera&gateway, connected to motion sensors.
This is the problem. In the same app, under China, you can't add more than one imilab cameras to the imilab gateway...
Now I changed to France I can add multiple imilab cameras, but my aqara camera gateway is now useless because I can't add it, not recognized. This is so deceiving.

The only way is to change region. Then you will have add camera button on the gateway.i have just set up and added 4 cameras on the same gateway changing the region from china to Turkey.

Yes thanks i've done that and now it's working, but i've lost the control on my chinese server only vacuum cleaner.

Well i switch regions for different devices.that is the only fix i ve comw up with so far.

I am sorry I just found you on this site having problem to add second and third camera. Are you still having the problem?
