Couldnt add. Error code:20045 on unlocking redmi bootloader

hi i cant unlock my bootloader, as i get this error(show in popup) whenever i try to unlock bootloader of phone. I followed all the other tutorials on internet but none of them actually helped. Only solution i found is that i need to create an china MI account with china phone number which is not possible for me. i wonder if its possible to unlock bootloader another way?
