New Data Plan, Can't Exclude Apps

This issue already come from Miui V8
When activating Data Plan on Mi5 i can't define wich apps to exclude from counting data usage.
I already saw thi setting in earlier versions and also in Miui 8 Stable for Redmi 4A 8.2, and also stable to Note 4X.
In Note 4x i had the chance to install Miui9 from here Xiaomi.eu always and the setting is there, but not on my Mi5, even if i use stable or weekly on Miui 9 like now.

Can someone give a look on this please.

Even if i change the language por PT-PT to EN-US or even EN-UK no settings apears to do this.

May I ask how did you use this feature? I don't know about other operators how they manage their data plans, but here in Finland we have either "Unlimited data" or "Cost by data usage", so does your carriers support some free per app data usage or what?

I could set this feature on the settings while defining my data plan limit
In my operator, we do a limit of data, however some applications (Facebook, Instagram,etc) they define different plan (15gb) which is almost unlimited for me

Thanks for replying. I had a feeling it would be like that. In that case that MIUI feature was great and a bummer they removed it, at least for now. Hope it will get back.

Me to, just updated for this option, however the sound isn't good, it's already confirmed as a bug too
