This is really cool. You guys need to watch the video. Its not a app drawer/launcher. It gives your home home screen a really cool 3d effect.

Found a live wallpaper on the market called Look Around Live Wallpaper. Its close to it.

They both are close but the pov needs a lot of work the look around is close its a matter of getting the right settings thanks to everyone

Agree completely. I really bad want to have an app that will be our deep-end but POV and lookaround really don't do it for me...
