is it normal that when I flashed the firmware through the batnik file (Xiaomi eu 14.0.2.0) the second of the two devcfgbak lines was written "failed"? , the phone works fine (the rest of the lines were okay)

You can ignore that. Some old devices have that partition, some don't. It's a mistake in Xiaomi's original flash script.
