Does Xiaomi Produce And Sell European Chargers?

I was looking to buy Xiaomi EU 2.0A charger and I didn't found any online store that sells Original one's. I did find some online store that sell Xiaomi EU chargers with the Xiaomi Redmi 3S Global version but every online store sells it with a different charger and no one sell the charger separately. From what I found, there is a online store in India that sell it with the charger in the first photo, there are some Chinese online store that sell it with the charger in the second photo, and there are some Chinese online stores that sell it with the Chinese charger + adapter. All those online stores offer the Redmi 3S Global Version.

So my questions are:
1. Does Xiaomi produce and Sell EU 2.0A chargers?
2. Does Redmi 3S Global version smartphone is a made up version by the stores or Xiaomi actually made that version?
