Downgrade mi max 3 from miui11 to say 10 or 9?

After installing miui 11 my mi.max 3 goes through a battery each day.
It eats batteries and im on eu stable rom 11.2.
But can i downgrade again to say 9 or 10?
I had such great batterylife before and i dont really enjoy nr 11 so is it just to flash back to factory or have i burned any brigdes by going to nr 11??

I have of course installed teamwin recovery project on my phone and have no warranty and its unlocked.
But i red someplace that some cannot downgrade again for some reason.

Mi max 3 has Arb protection.
Just read my 1 post carrefully.
What's the outcome of the fastboot command?
