Eu Rom + Locked Bootloader?

Hi,
after a couple of problems i've migrated my Mi5S wich cames with a fake rom to th elatest stable .eu rom.

I have a question now.... i cannot lock th ebootloader and still having twrp, really??

I don't understand. You mean you want to lock bootloader and have twrp as recovery at the same time?
