FAKE xiaomi mi3 ??

I just got the mi3 from aliexpress. It doesn’t seem to work properly, apps are slow and shut down straight after starting, I suspect it is a fake.
I want to prove it as such so that I can raise a dispute and get my money back.Have I enough information in the following.
I could not run Antutu as it freezes at 8% so I browsed the file system on the phone and found an Antutu folder which I then deleted. When I ran it again it worked but reported the phone details with a score of 10426 see pic 1,

yet when I select device info on anTuTu it shows it with all the correct info see pics 2






I then managed to install CPU identifier app which showed the following screens but yet stated it had a Snapdragon cpu but it only ran at 1209Mhz, plus it has a max screen resolution of 720 X 1280 and a dpi of 320 see pics





Finally I tried to update and got the WIUI screen which told me that its up to date

they are getting better on customer care and has service center in Bulgaria (EU)...
And genuine Xiaomi products...

I bought from Aliexpress because I thought it was the same as Ebay. I had bought from 1949deal.com before and found them brilliant but they never had the Xiaomi mi3 in stock
So now I`m really disappointed and it has put me off buying a Xiaomi phone. If they cant be bothered setting up an International store then why bother with them. Xiaomi counter-fits are rife and its not doing their name any good.
I`ve opened a dispute on Aliexpress so I have to wait 4 days for a decision. The seller wants me to post back the item first!! He has some neck asking me to post a counterfit item. Anyway I haven't confirmed goods delivered on Aliexpress so lets see what they do.

Global? in Asia and in Latin America yes, but in Europe they have to regulate the electric devices with the European standard CE.
If not, then Europe will never see an official Xiaomi store ! Same in USA, they need FCC approval !
They have to change for "global march" !

The whole thing has put me off buying a Xiaomi which is a pity as I had waited and waited until i thought they had become available. At this stage after 7-8 months since the MI3 launch its still hard to find an Original and their are now better phones out their.
I have now ordered a new Jiayu g4s instead, I know its not as good as a Xiaomi MI3 but its not far off and its a hell of a lot cheaper plus its available from a reliable reseller.
