Flashing Problems, No Os Installed???

Last week I bought a brand new Mi5 for my girlfriend and wanted to install a custom rom with the Dutch langauge in it. I followed several instructions of how to install custom roms with bootloader and TWRP, but none of it works: or it boots forever or it gets into a bootloop. There's also no files whatsoever in internal storage so there's no OS installed?

As stupid as I am i didn't make any backup....

Has someone an solution to this? I need good instructions as i'm new to this

If you still have twrp, you can push the zip file using adb or fastboot. Otherwise you can install a rom with fastboot.

I tried MiFlash for like the 100th time and it finally booted. I still don't know what the problem is but atleast it works again.

Good! Once you have twrp, you can easy flash miui.eu (works like a charm!)
