flashing xiaomi 12t pro diting

hi all
i waiting for bootloader to be unlocked
161hrs left
my previous device was tucana with xiaomi.eu
now i am with diting (12t pro) with stock miui 14.0.8.0 tlfeuxm
i downloaded all files and waiting
:twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.5_A13-diting-skkk
:xiaomi.eu_multi_DITING_V14.0.23.4.10.DEV_v14-13
and have questions
when flash for first time this device
can i flash directly with fastboot comand without twrp installed
or must install twrp
and if i flash twrp shoud i flash any other aditional files like vb meta or any other
not much specific information for flashing diting (12t pro) device
