Fresh out of box mi2s

A mate in Scotland is getting a mi2s after seeing my mi2 in action.
I can't remember the steps I took from out of box to miuiandroid rom.

Aside from telling him to register here, is it simply a case of putting cwm on using the stock recovery and then update. Zip.

Then putting the latest miuiandroid weekly release on?

Download the ROM to the device.
Go in to UPDATER.
Select the "Select Installation pack".
Navigate to the ZIP you just downloaded and install it.
You can do it twice to be sure it's on both systems.
