Going From Lineage 14.1 To Xiaomi.eu

I have a Redmi Note 4x running Lineage 14.1.
With the release of MIUI 9, I think I'll install xiaomi.eu rom.

What steps do I have to follow?

I'm asking that because I read some people saying I just have to wipe system/data/cache through TWRP and install the rom (like any other custom rom).
But I also read some people saying that I should never wipe /system through TWRP. And I read something about "lazyflasher".

Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!

About the lazyflasher, I don't need it?
