How likely is it that when I go back from a weekly release to a stable build there will be bugs if I don't wipe the data?

Weather widgets are not working on the weekly, nor is the IR app working. Sometimes the phone does not notify me when recieving texts or alerts. I'm hoping these will be fixed in the stable version.
