New GPS turns on automatically [MI9]

When i turn on battery saver mode, gps turns on automatically. I turn off and after a few minutes its turn on back. [Xiaomi.Eu ROM 20.8.20 - Xiaomi Mi 9]

Same on mi 9 lite. Always happens after reboot, sometimes just randomly. For me it doesn't have anything to do with battery saver, though

Happens to me on rn8 too. Especially when screen is turned off.

succede anche a me, su Xiaomi mi8. a volte trovo il bluetooth acceso in modo casuale

My phone opens GPS even without battery saver on, it opens again even if i turn it off, Redmi Note 7 with 20.8.20 rom version please fix it!
