Thanks both. Looks like I am moving to weeklies. Been a while since I have been on cutting edge dev ROM's. Prefer stability these days, but waiting 3 months for fixes to these bugs is more than I would like!
Is there any configuration that I can do so that when the client does a factory reset the cell phone does not do the first boot in twrp?
I want to buy the Xiaomi.eu ROM for Mi 11T. I have Agate but on Patreon Website it says Amber. Should it work anyway? It's based on the same MIUI Version.There is no thread for this model because it uses a MediaTek chipset.

Hello,
I downloaded the latest MIUI 14.0.9.0 to my Mi 11 Ultra - Then I start TWRP -> Press "Install" -> Press the 14.0.9.0 zip file and then I swipe right to start installing.
But when I do, I only get the below message:
"Error installing zip file '/sdcard/xiaomi.eu-multi_MI11Pro_MI11Ultra_V14.0.9.0.TKACNXM_ea063eae8f_v14-13.zip
Updating partition details...
...done"
Am I missing any steps? If I remember correctly, this is the way I did the last time I made an update. But I could be wrong, since it's like 1,5 year ago since last time.
Any suggestions/ideas?

My device is Mi 11 pro. This is my current ROM. Bootloader unlocked. I am planning to install the latest MIUI14 xiaomi.eu ROM.
1. Are the steps still the same? ie. TWRP and install?
2. Does the Stable ROM have any issues with Camera or WhatsApp?
3. Banking apps working?
4. What version of TWRP is recommended?
5. Can I flash latest TWRP over my current ROM and then flash new ROM from it?
N.B device not rooted. No Magisk module

1. Yes, the procedure is the same (you have a very old ROM and TWRP, I recommend installing via fastboot)
2. I don't have this device

Since we have a new A14 TWRP for Mars/Star is it okay to update TWRP and then flash from latest A13 stable to latest A14 released the last days?

Since you have an A/B device without a dedicated recovery partition, there is no point in flashing TWRP A13/A14 before installing the ROM. Because the ROM will overwrite it to the factory. Install/update TWRP only after installing ROM.

So, I am on TWRP 3.7.1_12-v8.6_A14-mars-skkk. Now, I upgraded from MIUI to Hyper OS 1.0.2, but now in TWRP it says "fails to decrypt". Is this normal behaviour? I wasn't llike this prior to upgrading to Hyper OS.

I did the following:
1. install https://sourceforge.net/projects/xiaomi-eu-multilang-miui-roms/files/xiaomi.eu/Xiaomi.eu-app/ app
2. clear "all data" app Google Play Store
3. reboot your device
But after rebooting, have only one ball of passing inspection MEETS_BASIC_INTEGRITY Payment doesn't usually work with, it usually takes 2 check balls to make it work. What else is there to try?

Just half an hour ago a new version 2024.08.16 was released and everything worked with it.
The question remains, is it worth switching from xiaomi.eu to HyperOS? Or where to read the benefits I can't find.
Yeah it just updated to version 16, I updated, everything is fine now. Another question, should I upgrade to HyperOS what benefits will I get? After all, when I reflash I will have to install all the applications again? Does it make sense to me?
I see on HyperOS the last update was in January, so it turns out it's dead too? I can't upgrade to HyperOS without losing my MIUI data, right? I want to understand for myself if it makes sense to upgrade if the data will be lost on update

Read my post again and carefully. You won't lose data unless you mess something up yourself. (why is it necessary to answer the same question several times for some individuals)

Now I realized that it's possible to upgrade from MIUI to HyperOS without losing data, then I'll look into it and maybe upgrade! Thanks for your help!
