Hi. Getting MiMax 3 In USA next Tuesday. Have a couple of questions.

i understand that the newest version of the OS is 10.0. I read on a forum in USA you would have the best answers. I am not a "rooting" type person. Are the updates delivered over the air for download? I have never had a Xioami, and have read getting updates takes forever. Is this true? And again will I be able to install updates without rooting? Thank you!

Well I live in the U.S. and can say that the updates are over the air and yes they come through when released. You don't have to be rooted. I stopped rooting phones a long time ago.
