Does it open something when clicked on it?
If so than there should be an option in the new window to turn the message off.
I'm not sure if it's exactly the same as I had but in my case there was a 3-dot menu in the other window/app in wich I could tell the app to turn off this message for a specific app(in your case for chrome)
