HyperOS 2.0 HyperOS 2.0 STABLE RELEASE

Hello everyone, I have a Xiaomi 14 with the latest developer version (1.0.24.7.28), and I would like to update it to the latest stable version of HyperOS 2. Is there a way to switch to the stable version without having to wipe everything and start from scratch? Thanks a lot!
I didn't have a clear understanding of the data, so I upgraded it directly without any impact

Hi, does anyone else have an issue with ADB not functioning?
Ishtar on latest stable. Tried two computers, different cables etc etc. When clicking on usb debugging, I get no RSA prompt plugging in the device, I have revoked authorisations etc, tried again. No avail. I have access to ADB-Sideload and ADB-Recovery in TWRP but no access when booted up. Worked fine on HOS1 nightly build. ADB DEVICES shows the device followed by - UNAUTHORIZED. But I get no prompt on the Xiaomi device. I think this could be a ROM issue, hence posting it here.

Ignore this, it was a magisk module making it not work. Disabled them all, rebooted and it worked immediately. Not sure which module but it was definitely that.

Hi,

There is a problem with the Google Wallet app: “Your device does not meet the security requirements...” Is there an updated patch?

It was working fine until yesterday. Thank you.

I noticed that on the latest weekly release page, there are links to switch to the stable version without losing data. If I click on Xiaomi 14, a xiaomi.eu folder appears, followed by other folders as shown in the picture. Can I switch directly to HyperOS 2? Thanks to anyone who can help!

That list is irrelevant anymore. Yes, you can update directly.

Thanks! So, can I do it directly? I remember there was the "problem" with TWRP on the Xiaomi 14, so I had to update it via ADB. Is it still the same, or do I need to update TWRP first? Thanks again for the help!

Do I need to answer twice?

You'll need to flash TWRP via fastboot after flashing the ROM.
Or just replace recovery.img in the ROM's ZIP with a Android 15-compatible TWRP before flashing.
Your choice.

I managed to install the EU ROM and the modem on the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, so after installing the ROM I didn't let the phone restart, but I immediately put it in fastboot mode and installed the modem and then let it load. This way the cloud synchronization worked for restoring calls and messages.

Strange, because on my Peridot everything is working fine. Are you rooted maybe ?

Hi Guys

I installed ROM xiaomi.eu_ZEUS_OS2.0.1.0.VLBCNXM_15 a month ago and I am really enjoying it, but here in my country "Brazil", we have some government applications that are important in everyday life.

I have two specific apps (GOV.br and CaixaTem) that are not accusing that my device does not have the necessary level of safety, so I installed the "Play Integrity Api Checker" app and did not pass the MEETS_STRONG_INTEGRITY, even having the latest version XiaomiEUModule_2025.03.07; I believe some government applications are checking this condition and is therefore not allowing them to access them.

My device has no ROOT and not even TWRP.

Does anyone have any tutorial or tip to get the MEETS_STRONG_INTEGRITY checked option?

The same problem since this morning in my POCO F5 PRO. I think Google try to bother us again.

It is not possible without blocking the bootloader or rooting the device and using a module for that.

I have tried this..

First, I checked the integrity of Play:

I have restarted the phone and it no longer gave me the security problem warning. I have successfully paid in a store.

Ups! mistery...

i am having a problem with updating to hyperos2 2.0.102 on socrates.
it says there is an update , download it but then it can not install because it not appear on the actualization app not even on recovery mode.
Any tips?

Hello again

After unlocking the bootloader (with some issues and unlocking application workarounds needed) and installing xiaomi eu Hyperos 2 I'm sad to say I had to switch back to stock HyperOS 1 ROM on my Xiaomi 12 Cupid.

Battery drain was insane. I tried everything, factory resets, battery management tweaks, debloating, turning off advanced textures, reducing background processes etc. I work till 3 PM, without heavy usage (even little usage only), I don't play games at all, I have only few apps installed like banking, whatsapp, outlook etc. (I have 45 apps in total in my app drawer, including system apps) and still, my battery was almos dead just after work every day. The phone itself constantly warm, cold only after locking and putting on the desk for a few minutes then immedietaly warm after a minute of any usage. There was not a day when the phone lasted until like 5-6 PM within a 2 weeks period. The situation was a little better with HyperOS 1 xiaomi eu version, but not much really.

Sudden Gpay payment problems disqualifies the xiaomi eu ROM definitely. Despite regular fixes, there were at least three times, when I had to use cash or my previous phone (which I was always carrying as a backup for these situations I unfotunately expected). The need of manually installing gpay fix package makes this process unreliable, even if fixes are issued regularly.

I really miss these cool features xiaomi eu ROM provides like advanced textures, more customization, full support of phone link to Windows, newest system updates, tweaks etc. but after all, I value battery time and reliability most.

I reverted to HyperOS 1 Indo (just for Mi Dialer and contacts) and I have 30 % battery left till nigth. Gpay works well, just needed to lock the bootloader. The phone does not get even half that hot as on xiaomi eu ROM, remains cold most of the time.

Maybe Xiaomi 12 is just too old and can't handle Hyperos 2 and even for HyperOS 1 with features unlocked by xiaomi eu. I might consider buying a Xiaomi 15 later and then I will try xiaomi eu ROM again. But surely, it was fun to play again with android ROMs, tweaks and customization after switching from an iPhone after years, even if it ended up like always - returning to stock :D

Can anybody tell me, if it's safe to deactivate this? Does it bring any disadvantages?
