Try selecting another mirror. Just checked NetCologne, it has reuploaded file.

Just upgraded Peridot to 2.0.6, everything ok. Just have one problem that has been around for years: the games are at 60hz. Searched a lot online, and the only solution is to wipe data of "battery and performance". Is there any other workaround to make it permantly stick to 120hz? Didn't have this problem on global ROM btw. Thank you for the constant updates!

Hopefully, in the next release, you can at least fix and adjust the animation speed. Doing .5x animations doesn't fix the issues in animation speed on CC while doing multitasking, especially scrolling or downloading a file on Telegram. Anyways, great rom, btw.
On fuxi everything is smooth, a bit slow but generaly it is ok, except with bluetooth. It connects and hearing is fine but for the microphone on phone calls, it's lag and cutting. I checked for update but it doesn't look to have some way to do it. Any idea?

Hello I need some help and maybe advice with this rom. I finally got permission and wanted to have this rom but have some doubts. Is there any app that has trouble working like whatsapp and all that stuff? Also does fingerprint stop working as well? Much appreciated for your work.

you can't pass strong with an unlocked bootloader. You don't also need it for whatsapp, I'm on basic and it works just fine

Just to let you know, if we scan a qr code on Aurora, there is a Chinese text before opening the link, the phone is set to English, so no translation issue.

problem with the gallery app
I uninstalled the gallery app via adb command " pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.miui.gallery "
Despite this there is still a trace because if I try to install an updated version it still detects the old one even if it is not present in the app screen and you can't even open it through the camera app
1-Does anyone know how to completely delete app trace from the system? (even rooting in case)
or vice versa,
2-How can the app be reinstalled? I tried to do ROM update but it doesn't put the gallery app back
I would like to avoid formatting everything if there was another solution

Nothing to do with our ROM or this thread. What you're doing is not supported neither by us specifically nor by Android in general.
You clearly don't know how system apps are installed and what "uninstalling" them means.

Could be. That's WhatsApp itself. It's happend to me after the change from global to xiaomi.eu. My former main number is locked and the app says I use not the original app and install the app from the playstore bla bla bla. But my second number as a virgin was accepted. So conclusion is that might be the two way verification and passkey fingerprint bullshit is the problem. The verification recognize your phone like u used it as before as the old phone with the old information. Maybe I'm wrong but that's what I think. WhatsApp support is complete ******. After 2 weeks I gave up. The old number I can use it on a old phone. U can use it as a second web shadow whatever app in your phone then. If that's the case

As soon as possible I format everything and solve it like this
However, I find it absurd to have to wait for the release of the new stable rom to update apps such as the Gallery that are regularly released by Xiaomi with multi-monthly cadences that include new tools that otherwise would only be usable by installing other apps
You will surely have your good reasons for not allowing Xiaomi system apps to update but I just wanted to share my point of view
