I cant connect note8 to capture card! Steaming game on OBS

I cant connect to capturecard.
I have avermedia gc311 + hdmi + port usbc to hdmi
Connect is Black Screen only no show screen in my mobile on pc


Pc > Capture card > hdmi usb c port > note8

Please help me.
