I'm planning to relock my bootloader on my Chinese xiaomi 13. What tools and resources do I need?

(I'm gathering the information in one place for anyone else to also stumble upon.)

Once I've flashed the CN OS and relocked the bootloader I'm gonna sell my 12GB RAM 512GB ROM Xiaomi 13 on Ebay, It's extremely rare as it has a transparent back cover. (for anyone interested)
