how can change/repair Xiaomi MI2 IMEI ?
are there app or command?

The government of Turkey not allow non registered phone imei.
My country (Turkey)don't permit individual import phone.
Imei is a big problem in Turkey If it buy outside Turkey.
I don't have stolen phone.
My english bad sorry.

yeah we cant use with stock imei. there is a huge tax about phones in our country.if anyone know something about imei changing pls help. ı dont wanna pay extra 150 dolar to turkish customhouse.
