IMILab Home APP - server connection failed please contact customer service (-99999)

Hi!
I have been using the IMILab Home App with EC4 cameras.
Since yesterday, I can't login to my account.
It says:
"server connection failed please contact customer service (-99999)"

Does anyone have the same problem?
 
I have create another account with china as country... that way i can login and start the application, but i cant bind the hub...
And IMILAB doesn't react at all? I received the camera yesterday, but quite disappointed from this "service"...
 
Same problem here. Support cannot be reached and they even disabled Imilab Home rating on Google play.
 
Since yesterday i have the same problem. I uninstalled the app installed again but same problem. Any solution????
 
I just got an email from help@imilab.com:
"Dear ,
Good day!
Sorry for the problem trouble you !
The engineer is urgently repairing it.
We will solve it immediately. Thank you for your support!"
I can now login, so it works again for me.

Koristio sam aplikaciju IMILab Home s EC4 kamerama.
Od jučer se ne mogu prijaviti na svoj račun.
Kaže:
"povezivanje s poslužiteljem nije uspjelo, obratite se korisničkoj službi (-99999)"

Ima li netko isti problem?
Imao sam isti problem i riješio sam ga instaliranjem starije verzije Imilab home apk-a. je Imilab home v2.4.4. Nadam se da će pomoći.
