Install twrp for ARB4

Hello,

i need a confirmation about twrp installation on my redmi note 5 whired global.(official miui 10.0.2.0)
I have unlocked boot loader, can someone tell me how install twrp.
I have found some diferent howto, and there are two to do it:
the first:
-boot twrp with fastboot
-flash twrp with twrp
-flash lasyflasher or magisk
the second:
-flash antirbpass dummy.img with fastboot
-flash twrp with fastboot

Can you tell me wich howto is the best?

I would go first route, bit safer to flash from phone than over USB-cable.

I had installed twrp with first Howto, It was working.
Now i use EU rom !!

You use the First without Install UNLOCK ANTI ROLLBACK First, or install dummy.img First ?
And you install After rom.eu ?
You install lazyflasher o magisk for have permanent twrp?

I have follow the first, boot on twrp, flash twrp in twrp, flash lazyflasher.
That's all, and it's keep twrp.
