Is OEM unlocking is untick after flash Xiaomi eu?

I have unlocked my K20 pro and then i start to flash TWRP recovery and Xiaomi.eu firmware. Before the flash operation, I have checked inside both developer option and through fastboot command and see bootloader is unlocked. After flash xiaomi eu firmware, i check inside developer option and found OEM Unlocking is un-ticked but if i go to fastboot command, then i saw bootloader is unlocked.
So, my question is, is it normal to see this? And if i tick OEM unlock, then will it brick device?

As far as I'm informed, it's not used in Xiaomi devices for a very long time. This toggle does nothing.

It means that your bootloader is not affected by this toggle...
