Is there any ROM for Mi 9 with EIS in 1080p@60fps video recording?

I think isn't acceptable a 2019 flagship such as Mi 9 doesn't have EIS stabilization when recording video in 1080p at 60fps. This should be the default video recording settings and thus it should support EIS. I have Mi 9 with 11.0.8.0 Global and it doesn't support it.

Is there any ROM, such as xiaomi.eu weekly 11.2, that might support EIS in 1080p@60fps?

Custom ROMs don't have better camera libs as of now, so none is better than the original ROM. Stabilizing 60fps isn't as simple as reusing the code to stabilize 30fps, it's a different beast that requires deep coding skills that Xiaomi engineers might not have yet.
