New Keep Wlan On During Sleep Already Set To "never" But Wlan Still On (redmi Note 3 Pro Miui 7.6.10)

I noticed this after updating to the newest xiaomi.eu rom for kenzo (7.6.10) and when i leave my device at 89%, when i wake up it's already at 86% (its only a few hours) then i downloaded the app "GSAM Battery Monitor" to see what is draining my battery then i notice this.

How to fix this? please reply, thank you
