New Led Notification only shows 1 color

I am using a Mi 4c on the 8.4.26 weekly version (the latest available for this phone) and, since that day, I am completely unable to customize led notification colors - only red. It cannot be broken since it still shows yellow when charging and green when it's almost charge - from 90%. Is there any known way to fix this?

Well, updater app was saying that there were no updates available, so I assumed that the latest ROM was only for new phones and its MIUI 10. My apologies.

I updated to that ROM and it solved the problem. However, it's not the first time I get this issue after installing a new ROM.
