Localization In Background [8.5.3.0]

Hello!
I have a problem with finding a localization in background for the apps. On my Mi5s Plus (MIUI.eu 8.5.3.0) there is no such option in the menu. On the other Xiaomi phone Redmi Note 4 (global ROM) is. Can anyone help? I can not use Endomondo and Navime because GPS turns off after a few minutes.
