low internet speed

Hello,
I'm having a problem with internet since 1/2 days.
The first days it was very fast, 800k/s via 3g in Milan and 500k/s via wifi at home (yes I have ****** ADSL) but now 3G don't go over 2k/s (with some rare peak at 10k/s) and 100k/s for the wifi.
Did anyone have my same problem? How do you solver it?
I just tried to re flash the rom via Updater cause, as known, recovery have some problem with the sign.
This is very frustrating since I retired the p990 for signal problems

Check Traffic Setting in Monitor app.
Turn off Disable Data if traffic limit is exeeded,
or edit traffic allowance to bigger amount.

it's already disabled and the limit is 1gb when i used only 250mb
