Mi 10 lite 5G compass errors

Both Google sky maps and compass application have an error of about about 135 degree.

I have done sensor calibration and restart of the phone without success. Any idea how to fix the problem?
I bought the phone less than 10 days ago.

Do you know how to reach support in Italy?

I have the same problem. Compass stilp decalibrating. Sometimes is ok but ratę.

I confirm the same problems. Using Mi compass I have seen that compass needs recalibration but using Google Skymap or other compass app on average I have between 45 to more than 100 degree errors.

Chatted with support but they told to reset phone or bring it to assitance center

I selected the phone since it has a lot of sensors and ir interface in order to be able to use it for star photography and for trekking
