Hello guys,

I have no hope, just to post my problem here, maybe someone knows a fix.

So i use the Mi 11 (venus) with MIUI EU 13.0.9.
My phone freezes and restarts itself randomly every day or so. I started experiencing this when I switched the stock MIUI to Pixel Experience since then I moved to MIUI EU the issue stayed the same.
Idk what can couse this, but the phone physically should be fine, I think it's a software/filmware bug. Nothing other malfunction happens, just a reboot at full random times.

Attached the Powerup log.

Any help is appreciated!

Looks like the crash is originating from the Bluetooth service, although I can't really say why this happens. Might be a China ROM bug or something more serious.

Also, while looking through the log, I can see a lot of background crashes from Microsoft Teams that you have installed.
You can do this to solve it: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/microsoft-teams-not-working-on-stable.67542/post-676699
The Microsoft teams problem is gone. Thanks. I searched the whole internet and it seems no one has this issue. The weird thig about this is I switched ROMs and same problem. Should I try stock MIUI. If the problem stays it it 100% hardware issue? What do you think?

I have installed official stock MIUI (V13.0.5.0.SKBMIXM) and locked the bootloader yesterday and today I just got the same random reboot twice.. I have read somewhere that you can install some firmware besides the ROM? Also read about Xiaomi Framework Services can cause reboots, but dont want to risk a bootloop.

I have no idea what can be the problem, I do not want to believe that this is a hardware issue. My last hope is warranty but what can they do (I do not think they can fix it), replace the phone or what? :D

I got random reboots also on Mi 11 and finally didn't boot at all. Service replaced motherboard. Got still warranty. Problem solved.
Make a backup while you can...

That's nice. In my case it started happening when I started using Pixel Experience back in August 2022. I hope if someone Service can fix this.

You got still warranty right ? Just take it to the service. Maybe you get new device. Sure they can fix it. Do a backup if you already haven't
I'm pretty sure its not ROM related.

Same problem on stock MIUI 13. I will get a warranty repair, it wil take like 2-3 weeks, so I have to get a replacement phone.

Soo, i got back the phone 2 weeks ago, until now no reboot happened. However yesterday and today the phone rebooted itself as usual. The service, did nothing just a "software update". They said MIUI has a lot of anomalys and couldn't figure out the reason behind the problem. I can only hope for 3 unsucessfull repairs, because then they need to refund or replace the whole phone.
