Hello guys,

I have no hope, just to post my problem here, maybe someone knows a fix.

So i use the Mi 11 (venus) with MIUI EU 13.0.9.
My phone freezes and restarts itself randomly every day or so. I started experiencing this when I switched the stock MIUI to Pixel Experience since then I moved to MIUI EU the issue stayed the same.
Idk what can couse this, but the phone physically should be fine, I think it's a software/filmware bug. Nothing other malfunction happens, just a reboot at full random times.

Attached the Powerup log.

Any help is appreciated!

This log is useless as it contains no information..

Grab a logcat instead.

Looks like the crash is originating from the Bluetooth service, although I can't really say why this happens. Might be a China ROM bug or something more serious.

Also, while looking through the log, I can see a lot of background crashes from Microsoft Teams that you have installed.
You can do this to solve it: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/microsoft-teams-not-working-on-stable.67542/post-676699
The Microsoft teams problem is gone. Thanks. I searched the whole internet and it seems no one has this issue. The weird thig about this is I switched ROMs and same problem. Should I try stock MIUI. If the problem stays it it 100% hardware issue? What do you think?

Sure, worth a try.

I have installed official stock MIUI (V13.0.5.0.SKBMIXM) and locked the bootloader yesterday and today I just got the same random reboot twice.. I have read somewhere that you can install some firmware besides the ROM? Also read about Xiaomi Framework Services can cause reboots, but dont want to risk a bootloop.

I have no idea what can be the problem, I do not want to believe that this is a hardware issue. My last hope is warranty but what can they do (I do not think they can fix it), replace the phone or what? :D

I got random reboots also on Mi 11 and finally didn't boot at all. Service replaced motherboard. Got still warranty. Problem solved.
Make a backup while you can...

That's nice. In my case it started happening when I started using Pixel Experience back in August 2022. I hope if someone Service can fix this.

You got still warranty right ? Just take it to the service. Maybe you get new device. Sure they can fix it. Do a backup if you already haven't
I'm pretty sure its not ROM related.

Same problem on stock MIUI 13. I will get a warranty repair, it wil take like 2-3 weeks, so I have to get a replacement phone.

Soo, i got back the phone 2 weeks ago, until now no reboot happened. However yesterday and today the phone rebooted itself as usual. The service, did nothing just a "software update". They said MIUI has a lot of anomalys and couldn't figure out the reason behind the problem. I can only hope for 3 unsucessfull repairs, because then they need to refund or replace the whole phone.

I have she same issues with my Mi 9 SE, it's 99% hardware problem, but no one managed to pinpoint it.
Don't have warranty, but I do have repair equipment and wold attempt repair only if i knew where is the problem. I can live with random restart for a while, but 2 times it got "bricked" so i needed to open it and reconnect the battery after which it normally booted, and 1 time i got it stuck in reboot loop.
Same issue is causing random restarts, reboot loops and "bricks", that I'm 100% sure.
I think I will do a full motherboard reflow as soon I transfer everything to new phone, and see if it solves it, but I doublt I will get another Xiaomi after this.

Yeah, no one knows why this issue happens, not even the warranty service. I am fed up with all of the rebooing. I have 3 more months of warranty so I will do everything to get my money back. This is a nonsens to buy a flagship and a year later its broken and they cannot determine the cause of the problem. My love for Xiaomi is on the edge, but there is no other competetive option. They have to fix these little bugs at last. Thanks everyone for the comments, but i think this is a dead end..
