Mi 360 cam 2k with delay

Hello dear community and support team,

I have a mi home 360 2k cam for almost One year and everything was fine until 2 3 weeks ago... I started to experience delays from seconds to half an hour difference...

The internet connection is good, 0% packet loss. We have deactivated every push notification, made reset to the camera, uninstall mi home APP, tried In other houses with other internet connection, even mobile connection.

Did Anyone experienced this? Is there a way to fix? Was and update?

We use this CAM to monitor our baby at night and its being awesome until now.

I have a similar problem with my MI Home 1080 360 camera. Audio is fine but video lags by 2 minutes. Is there a solution?

Mine started like it. But there is some times that everything works fine too. It's really a strange behaviour

My best guess is server overload or server bandwidth throttling.

I have the same issue.. It's been about 1 month since those delays started. It is so annoying, the cam is useless.
