Mi 5 China Developer Slow Browsing

Hi guys I'm waiting for a message from xiaomi to unlock my bootloader.. till that I'll be on china developer rom.. Do you know why on these roms (I tried 2 weekly and a stable) browsing is really slow? It takes about 3 or 4 seconds(on both wifi and 4g) to start a google search. How can I solve this problem?

Check Downloads apps settings, turn Xunlei engine off.
