Invalid Mi 5s Plus Battery issue -25 won't charge

My battery on Mi 5s Plus was terrible, phone shuts down at 30%, 40%, 50%, and I replaced the battery with new one for my model BM 38 I think, and everything works great for about few weeks, then suddenly error on my screen, battery temp to low, -25, and phone wont charge. Anyone facing this issue, anyone fix it?

Sounds like your new battery is defective or something. Either way, this isn't a ROM issue.
