Mi 6 earpiece is not working everytime, only after rebooting the device

Hi,

My Mi 6 earpiece works everytime I reboot the device and make a call after it starts. But if I leave it, and someone calls me after some time nobody seems to listen to what I say. I need to reboot again to talk to someone and then the earpiece "dies" again. Using a bluetooth headset It works but even using a bluetooth headset sometimes it doesn't work.

Does anyone found something similar to this before?

I checked all the permission and reset my smartphone to factory settings. All the same as above.
