[Mi 8 PRO/UD] How to switch from Global to EU without any data loss ?

Hey everybody.

It's been a little while that I've been looking for an answer to my questions by searching on the internet without finding real clear answers.

Let me explain, I'm currently with a Mi 8 PRO ( equuleus with the ROM.
MIUI Global 11.0.5 Stable QECMIXM

And the challenge today is to pass the steps to the latest MIUI EU Weekly/Dev ROM without losing any data.

Concerning the procedure to unlock the bootloader and flash of the TWRP recovery I'm good, I've done it in the past.

However it is at the moment of flashing the new OS that everything gets complicated, I am afraid of the consequences by making a dirty flash. Is there a way not to break everything?

I had thought of backing up the whole phone on the Mi Cloud (by paying for the volume needed for the full backup, do you think it can work and preserve the integrity of the phone?

What would be the easiest and most efficient way to do it?

you must backup your phone as you will need to format /data
try something like titanium backup (or some other backup apps)

Hi, restore possible without break phone with what i want restore after switch rom ex: sms, calls etc ?

In my mind... for SMS/calls backup/restore, it's easier to use Mi Cloud directly
