Mi 8 SE does not exit FastBoot mode after attempting to install TWRP

I performed the whole process to install via ADB and Fastboot TWRP and after that when I gave the fastboot reboot command after restart it returns to FASTBOOT mode.

How can you get out of this way, can you help me?

''fastboot flash boot twrp.img''
''fastboot reboot''

From there, getting right back and not leaving the fastboot screen

as if with a bug in the system and frozen
