WHAT'S NEW
1. New Camera 4.0 layout and interface.
Enjoy smoother and cleaner camera experience specifically for Mi 8, Mi Mix 2s and more.

2. Updated Android Security Patch to May 2020.

3. New static and dynamic sky filters on gallery app.
You can add static or dynamic sky filters to your image now.

4. New boot animations.

BUGS FIXED

REMAINING BUGS
1. Notifications buttons padding incorrectly displayed for certain third-party apps Can be clearly seen at floating notification and notification shade.

2. Picture in Picture (PiP) broke.
Youtube and other apps that support PiP can't be activated properly in small PiP window.

3. Black screen on video panel when minimizing app to floating window.
Steps to reproduce: Play Youtube video, swipe up to float the app, and black screen will emerge.

4. Dynamic font-weight feature doesn't work in Second Space (Make the entire UI appears thin).

Good update! I wonder if we Mi 8 user will get Sound Assistant feature (controlling each apps volume) or is it device specific feature? Because we are in Android 10 too.

Its not present on Mi 8. Only available for Mi 10 and newer flagships for now

i think its different, cause there are no animation when we click date with event.

Pretty sure no new camera features will be introduce on mi 8 anymore, but notification style may come. And on 20.5.26, Sound Assistant feature is coming on mi 8. Its pretty rare to see Xiaomi updating system level stuff on old flagship :O

Any 1 with problemas on calls? I cannot make calls o receive them and send and receive sms but every time I try to make a call restart the sim a run xiaomi verificancion sms.

I am not sure, but it is highly probable! Mi 8 and Mi Mix 2s share same SOC after all.
