Mi 9se Fingerprint problems

Hello to everyone,
Today I installed the xiaomi.eu Rom , stable version 12.5 for the mi 9se. If I try to add the fp it won't let me add the full Fingerprint, only a part of it. And so it won't work to unlock the phone.
Moreover the new Interface seema a bit slow. Is this normal?
can anybody help me?

FIXED: Flashed back to CN rom, put a fingerprint on and flashed to xiaomi.eu rom. Fingerprints are now working!

Hi,
I have recently replaced my display (AliExpress). My was on global MIUI 12.5 rom.
The fingerprint was not working.
After that I did a factory reset and tried to add the finger and it took many tries and was able to add but the screen was not unlocking.
Found in a forum to add mutile entry of the same finger and was able to unlock the screen but it was slow.
Later I saw the option of calibration and i tried but was getting the same auto_exposure test failed after 400 success.
After that I flashed
1. MIUI 10, 11 global
2. MIUI 12.5 European
Lastly, MIUI 12.5 China

And still when I try to calibrate I'm getting the same problem.
All theses i did without inserting sim, not adding mi account and no Google account.

The device is only having bootloader unlocked and no twrp nor root.

Hope you could briefly explain your method.
