New Mi Box Android Tv Issues

Hi,


Does anyone know what's going on with the support for the MI Box Android TV for the USA? I can not find anything info on firmware updates or any type of support? Is there beta testing for software? What about the issues we are having with storage not working on the box for expandable memory and Wifi cutting in/out. I see firmware info for all the other devices but this one. What's going on here? The lag issues with the box, the blue screen popping up, 4k issues, basic issues that can be fixed with firmware updates but do not see any info on this from anywhere on the Internet. Thanks!

Hi there,
I recently bought the Mi Box 4K international version in geekbuying. I have faced the same issues like you faced. I couldn't set up the external hard disk as internal storage. Also, I tried memory sticks and also an USB to micro SD converter; and none of them have worked as internal storage. So far, I have dealt with 5GB internal storage. I am eager to see a new firmware released.

Same issue on External storage. Tried ticket to Support, all they could tell me was to either fill for warranty, or wait upgrade.
Tried community on different forums, no reply
