Mi community bootloader unlock keeps getting pushed back

when I try and request to unlock my bootloader, every day it says I already requested too many times and i have to wait until the next day. then the next day I try it again and it pushes it back the next day again. what do I do???? It's been going on like this for days!!! I'm on hyperOS global version Xiaomi 14 pro plus

There is no global Xiaomi 15 Pro. There is no Global ROM either. You have a Chinese device. Show a screenshot of the HyperOS version.
It is not possible to unlock a Chinese device unless you are a Chinese citizen/resident.

You need to press the "Apply for unlocking" button exactly at 00:00 China time (GMT+8), otherwise the daily quota will be full again and you’ll have to wait for the next day.

But your device can't have global ROM.

Yeah I know. It only works on non China Rom, says so in the rules. I meant Xiaomi 14 pro plus. Made a mistake

What are the Xiaomi Community app requirements to unlock my bootloader? I have been trying it for the last 4 DAYS! Can someone please list down the requirements, I have been trying to request bootloader at 00:00 Bejing time, without any luck. Xiaomi Community account is 4 days. 30 days old...
