Wanted to update to MIUI 12, but having problems.
Downloaded .img as always, but can't flash. My internal storage seems to be encrypted, but TWRP (3.3.1-1015) is not asking for a PW as it has in the past.
Tried to reflash TWRP but my computer doesn't recognize my phone while in Fastboot. Can't flash with ADB Sideload and TWRP, it just says "FAILED".
