Mi Note 10 automat stop call

Hi,
i have MiNote10(M1910F4G) with tucana_global_images_V12.0.3.0.QFDMIXM_20201026.0000.00_10.0_global.
It is possible to upgrade to tucana_global_images_V12.1.2.0.RFDMIXM_20210226.0000.00_11.0_global,
but if I do it I had a problem with call. when I call someone or someon call me, it ended call itself ASAP.
I tried to instal Xiaomi.eu rom (MIUI CZ/SK) but on Android 10 is same problem and on A11 it still restart to TWRP.
On my phone work just Miui on A10 and just Global.
I am using MiFlash2020-3-14-0 and twrp-3.5.1_9-0-tucana-TeamWin and miflash_unlock-en-5.5.224.55
