New [MI2] USB Tethering driver problem

Is it a bug that USB Tethering are slow in Windows 7/Windows 8? 64bit version

the time taken to identify the device is so slow and not responding always...after 5mins only it stable down, and if you click on the properties of the network(inside windows) it doesnt respond quickly.

MI2 with MIUI 4.12.14

lol which means on Mac it shouldn't have a problem?

Windows Phone
and iPhone usb tethering doesn't have this problem though...

is there any specific drivers for tethering like the one in CWM?
